How got the title "BOT"

May I ask how you got the title "BOT" ?

If you are a human, then you cannot get title "BOT".

As @Gravija said, you can't make your main account a BOT. You must create another Liches user for it.
So, follow theses steps below:

1. Open an anonymous tab in your browse (if Chrome, Incognito tab)
2. Enter lichess.org
3. create an account for your bot (must be another email. If you don't have it, create a Gmail account: https://gmail.com)
4. In your new account, go to Settings -> API Access Token
5. Click on the plus signal "+" to create a new API Access Token
6. Give a name for this API Access Token
7. Enable all the toggles and click on SAVE
8. The Lichess will give you a code that represents the API Access Token. Save it in a place because you won't be able to get it again.
9. Open CMD (Command Prompt)
10. Enter this page to get the correct command: https://lichess.org/api#tag/Bot/operation/apiBotOnline or Type this text into the Command Prompt: curl -d '' lichess.org/api/bot/account/upgrade -H "Authorization: Bearer YourTokenCodeHere"
11. Press enter. The text "YourTokenCodeHere" is where you should put your token code from the API access token.
12. View your profile. Your New Username should have a "BOT" in front.

• Replace all the places that "YourTokenCodeHere" appears by the API Access Token you've just created above
