A solid plan is to play better chess.

Your points stem from your mouse skills, not from your chess skills. This approach will bear some fruits in very short time controls, but it has its limits. Now you face the reality: you know a lot about your mouse, but very little about the game.

To do this, do the usual stuff. Player (much) longer games, analyse games (by yourself!), read books, solve challenging puzzles, learn openings, middlegame plans and endgames, etc.

Oh, and unlearn all the bad habits and cheapos you relied on in ultra bullet. Playing (ultra) bullet typically is detrimental to your chess thinking process. You don't train to think faster; you train not-to-think, but move instinctively.

#1: A) Play 15+10 and analyse all of the games. To become good at making moves with little time—Ultra-Bullet, Bullet, Blitz, and no-increment Rapid—you must first learn to make good moves (Rapid with increment, Classical, and Correspondence).

B) I suggest you do not character spam, as it is against Lichess' rules. In this case, a better way to write it would have been, ‘what can I do?!’ The exclamation mark adds emphasis to the question mark.
