Hi all,
I use the Chessnut Air for classical games and since about a week ago when playing on Lichess, the board doesn’t work anymore (ie physical moves don’t get registered and the LEDs don’t light up for opponent moves). Playing on chess.com and against bots works just fine. Re-installing the chessnut app didn‘t help sadly. Anyone here had the same issue or has an idea how to fix it? Customer support keeps ignoring me so I assume they don’t have a fix either.
