Hi there, I'm writing under my 9y sons's account.
He has got a notification that his account violated Lichess terms of service.
How can it be resolved?

I checked his inbox. Seems like moderator deleted his 4 posts for spamming reasons.
I explained it to him, but can't find any rules on when he can get unblocked. He has been blocked for about 2 weeks.

looks like rating manipulation (cuz arena results are still there)

ToS mark has nothing to do with posting behavior, and you can only contest it by appealing
