Puzzles are too often wrong

Have you ever heard of stockfish, and that it's newest version is being used in lichess? All puzzles are made after deep analysis you know.

From my understanding, the moves that were played during the chosen positions in the puzzle were the top rated move by the engine. I guess this can vary depending on which engine is used to calculate this and at what depth but I would say Stockfish is more then enough solid for this task.

I really like the puzzles myself and the fact that they are from real positions make them even more intriguing. There are only on a few rare occasions were I haven't really agreed with the puzzle but I make sure to give the puzzle a thumbs down then. These are usually puzzles were, for instance, checkmates can be delivered in a few different ways in the same amount of moves but only one of these are right.

@Davesmith17 It sounds like maybe you are more into chess puzzles that are crafted by a person rather then generated. There are alot of these online. I can recommend Pal Benkos famous puzzle: https://en.chessbase.com/post/pal-benkoe-and-the-fischer-challenge

Love how a below-average player who made his account 20 days ago is criticizing a secondary function of a completely free and open-source platform made and maintained by volunteers and just assuming that the solutions aren't verified and supported by an engine that is better than the best human player and certainly beyond your understanding.
