I think I am improving in chess. But am I really?

I have been playing longer time controls like 15+3, 10+5 rapid or classical and analyzing the games but I am wondering if I am really getting anything out of it. Like am I actually improving? Any tips?

people should not play too much lichess because at the start you gain rating but you get tired and still if you play you will lose all the rating so i played 10 to 15 days and i got 100 plus ratings so dont play too much and the brain gets tired

Focus on the basics rn, daily 30 mins on puzzles of all difficulty, mostly do around 1-2 mins per puzzle then do some puzzle rush and storm then do a few harder ones for 5 to 10 mins. Try to understand where you are making most blunders and fix those areas. Learn basic endgames
