I think lichess has disabled arrows. I really used the arrows a lot and it fells very wrong without them. Could you please reverse this decision?
Drawing arrows is also not working for me. I'd imagine this is unintentional and will likely be fixed soon.

I could draw arrows during analysis and live games, but not while doing puzzles. This has since been fixed.
