Time lag

Every game I play, at least twice or three times after I play a move, the timers on both sides stop for a few seconds, and then it shows that I've lost anywhere from 2-10 seconds, meaning the server did not register my move until after a few seconds that I played it. This has been consistently happening every game I've played for the past two weeks or more, and I lose around 10-15 seconds every bullet game, which is really frustrating. Anyone else experience this?
