What happened to Alireza?

He used to top the charts, now I don't see his name anywhere. Did he delete his lichess account or something?

possibly related to his relatively suboptimal performances in the recent times

He hasn't played a rated game since last week on lichess. Topic Closed

Well... he actually is:
TOP 4 in Classical chess OTB
TOP 11 in Rapid chess OTB
TOP 1 in Blitz chess OTB

Now you answer to yourself which top charts are more important, Lichess, chess com, chess 24 or OTB.

If one is to debate, he probably putting some serious work in order to continue OTB high level.

You must play every week to stay in the charts. If he plays one game this week you will see him in the charts again.

OK well that makes sense then! That is a pretty silly rule, but I guess it does keep some people coming back to lichess...

He plays with fake beads, like Magnus, also some deletes them fast, and others are erased lichess because he self-reports, sometimes he gives the accuracy of a machine, only if you know what his way of playing is, you will know what counts he uses here in Lichess apart of your officer
