for tournements it is better to play simple and concise

Queen's Gambit, even though I don't play it

I would say queens gambit as well
You see if u use any new gambits or unusual gambits the opponent might get a slight advantage
So it’s better to play simple and don’t complicate the game

There are a bunch that are 'almost sound' and a bunch that are seldom played. I'd expect that, at our level, any gambit that is both should be OK.

Queen's gambit isn't really a "gambit", it's very dangerous for Black to take on c4. Some good gambits for tournaments: the King's gambit, not the Queen's gambit.

And for Black, I'm not sure but Modern Scandi, or Benko against d4.

I don't know about the K gambit, if you book up on it you will probably have an advantage against most players, who will be surprised by it, at least up to a certain level. but it's pretty risky.
