Did I play a sort of semi decent Caro Kann here?

https://lichess.org/l1YI3zII/black

I know, I know. D4 = dead draw.

But I have been trying on my big boy openings recently and thought this was ok? Opening ok and a decent minority attack, rooks taking the files, etc.

Does this look like a Caro Kann, or was it just a mess still? Any criticism welcome.

Edit - I'm only 1100 remember

I think you played the opening pretty well!

One thing I would have done differently is that I would have played Qc5+ instead of Qd8 on move 13. You ended up making three queens moves in short order and ended up playing Qc5+ anyway, so you would have saved two tempos by playing it earlier. Nonetheless, this is a game you can be proud of.

i agree with 2#
Some more problems are:
Ne4 was bad since now black can take on your knight and the pawn is pretty weak so white can pick it off.
Moving your king to the passed pawn is also a bad idea
since it's a rook pawn and the king is far away push the pawn to a2 and advance your king on the king side then use the rook on the a file to give checks to the white king so you can advance better. If you want a better understanding you can dm me and we can talk about it over there.

That's an excellent point, my intention was always to play on that side with the queen. I think I had a psychological block on moving my queen into the open. Thanks!
