Well this is total bullshit. Cheater champ is not kapsarov. I can confirm that for sure. I have communicated with him on my stream and have reasons to be confident he is not kapsarov. Neither cheater. I am really sad that moderators act like this. Well, lichess will never become huge site before realising that moderation needs changes.
Every single moderator has communicated with him for months. Trust me when I say that Cheater-champ == Kapsarov, which we all knew from the start for many, many reasons (including technical information). I don't know why he keeps coming back.
It's worth noting that TheProblem is also Kapsarov, who is a big fan of throwing around my nationality as if it's a badge of shame.
