Using chessbase during live games

embarrasing and hard to understand... I wonder what strange policy is working here?
Andras contributes a lot to the chess community, and I think he's one of the best chess teachers on YouTube if not the best. I'm not sure if he's cheating or not. If he is, I hope he realized his error and doesn't do it again, and I hope he comes clean from this disaster because I think he has a good heart, is an awesome person, and I hope many chess players will want to learn from his excellent teaching techniques.
What excellent teaching techniques? I'm sure he's damn good at teaching "how to cheat online chess"
He was cruising chess.com streams saying he was thinking about streaming on that site. When asked why, said to increase viewership numbers so he can make partner. He was advised that his numbers would likely go down and he would do better to stay where he's at. He agreed and nothing more was said or seen on him.

Take from this what you will. My opinion is he is considering a move to avoid the drama. I don't think the chess.com folks want him.

This is a potential career ender if he doesn't address it properly. Admitting chessbase is open while playing, let alone using it, however 'lightly', would be ground for a ban in most cases.

If he isn't going to be banned then as users vote with your money. Don't watch his stream or support him.
Wannabe, why he clearly should be banned, if he was cheating during the game and there's a clear proof? People get banned on chess.com, lichess and other sites because of being suspected to cheat, without any 100% proof ( there cannot be one), while in his case there is an evidence. So what's the reasoning behind your opinion?
@darkhorse_98
Well I only care about cheating if it clearly increases your chances of getting a better result. I also only take serious games seriously. No prizes means friendly games to me. In friendly games I wouldn't ban anyone if they like asked their big brother for help.

He lost so much time during that chessbase search that I don't see the benefit. A warning is fine which is exactly what lichess did. It seem like his opponent managed to tilt him which made him use chessbase. Taking into account that his opponent cheated, we can assume that engine users make him tilt so fellow human beings have nothing to fear.
