The people at chessgoals.com appear to have put much effort into trying to answer questions like this by formulating comparison tables. I can't guarantee their accuracy but the site is often mentioned favourably when similar queries are "googled".

It would seem that Lichess Rapid ratings 2100, 2205, & 2310 correspond with FIDE 1845, 1940, & 2090.

Are you talking about classical rating? There is no comparison since fide is classical.

Fide blitz is not relevant for amateurs but maybe about 2000.

My lichess classical is 2200. I can push for 2300 if I try. FIDE classical is 1570 but this may be due to lack of playing any tournaments and I significantly improved since my last fide tournament so now my fide strength could probably be in 1600s.

Note that the variance is huge, and can easily bei several hundred points away from actual data.

rapid vs classical
10+0 is blitz according to Fide, not rapid.

Not really 10 +0 gives you a lot of time compared to blitz but in terms of fide it might be half blitz half rapid .
