For white i play the italian game. For black against e4 i play the stafford (e4 e5 Nf3 Nf6 Nxe5 Nc6) and against d4 i play the kings indian

My own, of course: the Philadelphia System (1...d6 2...Nd7 3...g6 4...Bg7 5...Ngf6 6...O-O against pretty much anything) as Black or as White (attacks on e5 or e4 require e6 or e3 usually but otherwise it's universal), because the London System requires way too much brainpower.
