i registered here 5 years ago with a dream once to get 2500 on this site. That time i had only 1500 in rapid and didnt understand how people can play blitz and especially bullet.

But, 5 years of training - and yesterday i finally got 2500. These years i took part in some tournaments IRL, started to play different variants of chess, solved 30000 puzzles, even created youtube channel - but never had any teacher who could improve my chess skills. I am self-taught player. And i want to say to everyone who wants to play better - it's up to you.

ps. When i had 1500, i used to think players with 2500 act like Gods of chess - playing without mistakes, winning all the positions with even slight advantage. But i was wrong. Tons of blunders, terrible position after the fifth move - as if nothing has changed in 5 years.
