Unfair threefold repetition draws

I faced this issue a lot, finally thought to make a forum post. In this game, when I reached the endgame, I just shuffled around with my pieces to not to get flagged. It was NOT a clear threefold repetition, but Lichess drew the game saying it was threefold repetition. I do not know whether this is a bug or not.

if a player had set his draw thingy at 3 repetitive moves then it is

#3 But 3 "repetitive" moves did not occur

#2 stockfish's evaluation on my last move was +4. If it was a threefold repetition Stockfish would give its evaluation as 0.0

It's not about 'moves' but about identical positions, not necessarily repetitive.

Rules are unfair, nice. Get a life!
