I think teams and organizers should be more encourage to develop.

From my experience, I can tell that new players join very hard an arena organized by a team because all lichess tournaments are advertised (YES, ADVERTISED !!!) before tournaments organized by teams. A 5 players arena of lichess is advertised more then an 5,000 players arena of a team.

From my point of view, an open source should give all fair chances.

If lichess really want to give players the best experience, then they should promote more BEST TOURNAMENTS, NOT lichess TOURNAMENTS.

What do you think?

So you want Lichess to 'advertise' every tournament of every team?

How are players supposed to find your team tournament amid thousands of other 'advertisements'?

Have you ever checked https://lichess.org/@/curator?

Beside that Lichess doesn't promote it's every tournament on forums.
