Tilting and pairing

For some reason, lichess almost always pairs me with opponents who I have lost games against, but almost never who I have won against, and it almost always results in a second loss, which tilted my blitz rating by almost 40 points. Is there any way to stop this type of matchmaking?

I think 40 points is not so much of a deal. Sometimes my rating changes by hundreds in a day :). I guess the only way to stop these pairings is to block the player u lost to, but that is quite unethical. The better way is not to look at the score b4 the game. Against one IM I had a 1-44 score and in last our 5 games I scored 2-3. So, if u lost one game, you have high chances to rematch, and score should not affect u. Sorry if my English was quite bad :)
