Middlegame: 1700
Endgame: 1600
2000+1700+1600=5300 5300:3=1766.66666667 (lol used a calculator)
3+0 doesn t prove playing strength...
Play 30+10 or 20+15 or any long time control
And most importantly study Endgames!

Ok, I know nothing about the Queen's gambit, but that looks like a Declined, and it was transposed into that.
