Hello everyone,
Its my first time posting here. I played a game just now and the opponent surrendered after saying "Time dependence". "Sad". Is this some form of chess lingo? What does this mean? Game link:

It's just them being a sore loser and saying that you are not good enough to win based on talent so you are trying to flag them (win by time). Don't let that affect you though, as far as the majority of people are concerned, there is nothing wrong with playing fast as long as you are trying to play good moves, which you were.

Plus, it was a bullet game and one of the basic priciples of bullet is moving quickly.

Yeah, they were just upset that you finally exploited one of their blunders lol. You didn't even play any faster than them really

If your opponent says anything to you -just remember- they are not on your side. So by default we don't believe them. This includes insults after the game, which are also all lies. For example:
If they call you an idiot, or daft, or any derogative word - you laugh at them because they just lost to whatever they've called you.
If they compliment you - look out! They are probably preparing to take your queen.
If they offer you cake, you should eat it while still mumbling about lies.
Overall, your in person chess rating will improve slightly if you loudly shout, "LIES!" in the middle of the match. Please wait until I am observing the game to do this - as I need a good laugh.

Unless I'm missing something.... How is that even "time" related when both you and your opponent had 12 and 10 secs left respectively at the time of Black's resignation?

Though opoonent was correct in saying but not correct in using since bullet is all about time.
