6...Bb4+? 7 Kf1 wins a piece: Nd5 is under attack and if it retreats 7...Ne7 then 8 a3 wins Bb4
9 Ke2 is strange. Better develop your knight 9 Nc3 and prepare O-O

In adition to TPR: 9Ke2 is weird indeed. Normally its ok to put your king in the center once the queen and at least a pair of pieces come off. With everything still on the board and black having pawn levers to open the center Ke2 is just bad. 9Nc3 is finishing development and making it possible to castle queenside. Altough the engine wants to take on f3 this is highly debatable. If black castles kingside you have the open g file for your rooks and if he castles queenside he gave up a defender for piece that didnt do too much. 10.Kxf3 what the hell are you doing? some may say the king is an attacking piece but with both sides having 5 pieces on the board including queens + all the pawns this king is either gonna be bullied giving black some serious tempo moves or it is getting mated. 12Ke2 instead of devoloping you chose to move your king again. Keep in mind this is move 12 and your king has moved 4 times, in other words you played 33.3% of your moves with your king?!. 18 you already spotted the hanging knight yourself. 21.a4 positionaly a bad move, now white has no pawnbreaks to advance his queenside majority (idea) and losing a pawn with Nxc4 in the process. Move 24Qf4? placing your queen on h4! wins the knight, black can't defend with Re4 because the rook on d8 is hanging.
All in all for a beginner chessplayer you played very well. If you want some lessons i can give you them for free.
