The queen is nearly trapped, the Qe3 brings Nxb3+ with a discovered attack on the queen. Qe2 still brings Nxb3+, then something like Bhx6+ with a brutal attack. Can't see the exact mate from the top of my head, but looks deadly still.
A bit more positional than strictly tactical, I'd say.
you simply win the exchange with the queen, that;s it.
