what is the best type of martial arts for self defense in a real life situation.
Realizing that potential danger is or could be developing in one’s immediate environment is paramount. Knowing when to leave that environment is key. Of course, it’s not always possible. That’s when my black belt in TKD came in handy. (No pun intended)
Are there any movie scenes that have spectacular, but still credible, martial arts?
