Blitz 1400, Classical 2000: Sign of cheating?

I just played some guy:
Blitz 1422 (170 games)
Classical 2044 (14 games)

Based on your chess experience, do you think this is normal?

(I certainly don't...)

@mathtuition88

I don't think he is cheating. His Blitz rating is somewhat obsolete, his last Blitz game was over a year ago.

You cannot tell. Some people think slow or move slow. The opposite also occurs: people strong at blitz and weak at classical. In general the classical rating here on lichess is higher that the blitz rating, but 622 difference is remarkable.

It is odd but certainly not proof of cheating. There is in my experience a big difference between the strength of classical and blitz players on lichess. On top of that if he is 2000 with only 14 games he likely got to 2000 by beating people rated much lower than 2000.
I am about 1400 in bullet and about 1800 classical; not quite as wide a gab but on the other hand I have played far more games in both time controls.
