This account violated the Lichess Terms of Service

Hello.
I am writing on behalf of my son. He was in the middle of the school tournament when suddenly his account was blocked with notice: This account violated the Lichess Terms of Service.

From a brief search the internet I saw that sometimes there is a detection of computer assistance. However, he didn't use any assistance (human or SW) EVER! I watched his games and they are not brilliant (to say the least). Can you please provide an explanation why this happened and what exactly did he violated. And actually fix this issue!

An extremely common occurence is when a user opens the analysis board during a game. There is an analysis board that does not show a computer evaluation over the move list. Using an analysis board that give the best moves and evaluation during a rated game will cause the account to be banned immediately.

You can appeal and get unbanned. But if he cheated, he won't be allowed to play rated games.
