Can somebody tell me what are the policy of joining teams in lichess. Is there any rule that the lower the rating is the less team you are able to join. I am asking this because one of my friend is having this problem https://i.imgur.com/IYwyLqk.jpg
whereas i am able to join 50 teams. But why he is not able to join even half that is 25 teams?
