Can someone say why my stream is not visible on tournament even though my streamer page is approved by Lichess and I am live on my YouTube channel?
You need to stream for a while before it appears on tournaments/games.
I am doing it since 2 hours but it is not coming

No I was streaming on YouTube not Twitch
