I am currently 1946 fide live rating I dropped from 1971. Can any strong players tell how should improve based on my games against strong opponents in fide classical chess 90+30. First game I was black against 2260 fide. Second game I was black against 2090 fide. Third game I was black against 2260 fide who was 2400 uscf too. Last opponent was 2400 uscf and 2356 fide and I was black.

Game 1:
12...f5? is a positional mistake. You have to attack the base of his pawn chain d4 with 12...Qb6.
29...Qxc3? loses to a tactic. 29...h6 and you are fine.
Game 2:
19...Rad8 is the wrong rook: 19...Rfd8.
39...bxa4? is a positional mistake. 39...b4 makes his bishop bad.
Game 3:
25...Bf6? is a missed win: 25...f4 with 26...Ne3.
26...Rfe8? too: again 26...Ne3; You got the right idea one move later, when it was too late.
36...g5? is a mistake. You had 36...Qf2 intending 37...Qa2 to contain the passed pawn a5.
Game 4:
23...h5? is a mistake: you weaken your king. 23...Rc8 was OK.
How long did you think about those mistakes? How much time did you have available on your clock then?
What candidate moves did you consider? Did you consider the correct moves? What made you play the mistakes?

You can improve by playing some classical games on Lichess (30+20 or 45+45 for example).

First game I had 55 mins when I did qxc3 the major mistake. Second game I had 1 hr when I played bxa4. Third game I had 30 mins when missing f4. Last game I had 45 mins when playing h5. Those mistakes I took less than 3 mins. For candidate moves I felt like I was not calculating the other moves in depth at all (I left the calculation after 1 move) . I considered the correct moves but I was trying to play safe and trying to play so safe and not lose I did not find right moves. I felt like I did not consider candidate moves of opponents that well. Could you please tell me how I make my narrow way of thinking into an open mindset considering everything and how to calm down and play slow and have strong psychology otb.

"55 mins" "1 hr" "30 mins" "45 mins" * So you had plenty of time when you made your decisive mistake.
So you play too fast. You could have won game 3 and drew the other games by thinking longer.
"Those mistakes I took less than 3 mins." * That is not enough.
Especially for a capture or a pawn move 6 minutes is a bare minimum.
"I considered the correct moves" * Good. So by thinking longer you would have found that the move you played was a mistake and that the move you rejected was the right move.
"trying to play safe" * Ugh?? Game 1 you run into a tactic. Game 2 you go to a lost endgame.
Game 3 you let a passed pawn run. Game 4 you expose your own king. That is not safe at all, that is reckless.
"not lose" * You actually played moves that lose.
"play slow" * Take time to think. Especially pawn moves and captures require thought: they are irreversible.
Notice all 4 mistakes were either pawn moves or captures.
