Is checkers a more strategic game?

@lovlas

Well I'm terrible at checkers so then I would decline the challenge.

But I would fight the duck in atomic ;)
Is there lots of tactics in checkers? If none, than it is much closer to the 100% strategic then chess is. I think chess has more tactics than strategies and if it is closer to balanced, is checkers also closer to balanced in it's tactics and strategies?

Is tic-tac-toe more strategic than tactic? Same thought, does it have any tactics? If not, than it is all strategy. Chess is not all strategy, but has more strategies than tic-tac-toe.

If we count all the strategies that chess has, does checkers have the same amount? That should help answer the main posted question.
Checkers is a more complex, more strategic, and more deep game. There are very few professional checkers players, while there are many more professional chess players. Therefore, it is easier for people to become very good at chess, while near impossible to become good at checkers.
Just imagine that slaughter. NotLikeThis
No sensible human being could fight and probably kill a single duck sized horse let alone a hundred.
Every clear minded person would color them pink and attach a horn to the head instead of fighting them.
The answer is obviously a very big BBQ - Fuckaduck!
@math_floor no, because checkers is a casual kids game, however chess is played by all ages very competitively, and there's not only more good players, more players in general, until you brought it up i didn't even know there was competitive checkers, also, as people have said checkers is solved, just like tic-tac-toe, i could play tic-tac-toe w/ you and never lose, only draw, same w/ checkers, the game is rigged but harder to find the rig, like a mate in 1 and a mate in 21, both are mate, but one only an engine or a GM could find.

Also, @lovlas the duck-sized horses, because the highest horse jump was 2.47 meters above the ground* by a Thoroughbred stallion, a Thoroughbred stallion has an average height of 62 to 68 inches** or 6 feet for argument's sake. A duck is 20 to 26 inches or once again for argument's sake 2 feet*** 6 feet divided by 2 feet equals three, and 2.47 meters divided by 3 is 0.283333333... let's just make it 0.3, so by that ratio a duck-sized horse at maximize capabilities can jump 0.3 meters off the ground, which is 0.984252 feet (do the math yourself) which is let's say 1 foot. So if the duck-sized horses can each jump a foot off the ground and they're 2 feet tall. As long as I stand 3 (2+1) feet above the ground I'm safe, so on top of my kitchen counter I'm safe.

@SlicingBishop2006

i am ok at chess but really bad at checkers, therefore checkcers is harder; boom gotem

if checkers is a solved game why do i lose so mucH??

full stop youre done

thanks for reading my post constructive critisim only please
@Jacob531
excuse me but each checkers piece can graduate and become a king therefore there are like 48 pieces last i checked 48 is greater than 32 boom gotem

there are also more than 7 moves if you play more than 200 games of checkers and unlock the secret dark board

checkers is a very deep game with undertones of class hierarchy, better than chess which doesn't even have unlockable achievements
