Is this position hard to make a move, or this is a common posiition?

I refer move 12
Ignore move 16, this is a typical nonsense bold move that in my country we call "ousadia" (maybe not, I was scared with bishop blocking my queen).
I hope these temes are known. I was scared as fuck with black taking my queen in some way.

Yeah move 12 was pretty good. It’s a tactic actually. But move 16 should’ve been Qb7.
Edit: I missed Nd7 for black, but still not a a terrible move. SF says blunder but it’s only down by about 1.5 and white is still ahead
