Is this bad etiquette?

Say you are playing a no increment timed game, blitz or whatever, and you have a significant time advantage and your opponent is desperately trying to make moves as fast as he can to catch up but it's a futile effort.

Then when your opponent has time for 1 move left before his clock runs out, you intentionally do something like thrust your queen into a wall of enemy pawns to get captured. Is this bad etiquette?

It's one of the reasons I never play bullet. ;)

Time advantage can be more important than an extra queen. As silly as it looks, it makes me stay away from all fast time controls.

I don't think so, it is a good flagging tactic that helps you to win the game.
Yep I totally agree.
