I don't like how chess.com gamifies or commercializes chess. (my personal opinion) I don't think chess should be treated like a game, it is a serious competition

I first started playing on lichess. Then I started playing chess.com. I thought it was fascinating cuz I had membership. But without membership it isn't good. So I started playing lichess.org again

Actually,I'm not a convert.I turned to lichess just after a few days I use chess.com.First of all, lichess is free,I can get the analyzation of a game for free, that's also the main reason why I use lichess.Besides,I think the Ui of lichess is much simpler than chess.com.I think lichess is much more better than chess.com,except that the computer cants show you "excellent!!"

chess.com has no classical category. Everything from 10/0 to 60/0 is "rapid". That makes no sense, its like distance runners competing against sprinters, comparing apples to oranges.

One thing I've noticed is that chess.com is, compared to lichess.com, extremely power hungry. If you're playing on battery then, everything else being equal (which, of course it is not!) lichess.com is by far the better option.

I can’t play both because if I have an account, I won’t actually just do another account so I actually prefer lichess more than chess.com. by the way, bye guy's :)
