i reached this position in a 3 minute Blitz game which i won on time.

On depth 30 the engine says its -4,2, which should be completly winning.
But i have no idea how to win this endame if me and my opponent had more time.
How would you win this endgame, what would be your plan?
rb2 then kh5 then g4 g3 g2
