It's the best (assuming your opponent does not know the lines)!

it's fun in bullet and blitz, not so much in longer time controls i think

There are some less-known lines for black which gives them an slight advantage.

If you like to attack, this will be excellent.

I always enjoy playing vs the Smith-Morra Gambit. As I know some lines it's very easy to equalize.

Actually when I think about it --- Smith-Morra is garbage :P

But as usual it depends. Vs good players it's garbage, vs bad players it's fun.

It's main drawback is that you can play 3. ... Nf6 against it, otherwise a good opening

Morra is a really fun opening and perfectly playable if you're below master level. I have my best results against the Sicilian and I've only ever played the morra without knowing much theory. If you're gonna take it seriously I'd recommend 'Mayhem in the Morra' by Marc Esserman. It's a good book although I've only just started it. But be aware that black can ruin the fun by playing 3...Nf6 or 3...d5 (3...d3 is also a way of declining but that one is not really that good) Have fun playing :)
