Reaching 2300 blitz

I’d recommend exercising at a gym daily, and playing 5-10 Blitz games per-day.

Also, stop playing if you lose 3+ games in a row.
Thank you but I would like to put this as my goal to push myself higher if I don't get it I know it wasn't because I didn't try.

Will puzzle storm be a good way to improve?

im now 1873 rating 3+0 but never think in one month reach 2300 point good luck :)
