Hello guys i was wondering how can lichess rating be matched to the league of legends rank system (iron,bronze,silver,gold,platinum,diamond,master,grandmaster,challenger and all their in-between levels.

Aren't ranks in LOL reset every season like in some other games? Elo/Glicko ratings are behind the scenes used for MMR (matchmaking).
The concept of 'grinding' is very important in these games.
