Which indoor game do you like the most except chess and its variants?

Backgammon is pretty good. (But I'm a mathematician, so of course your mileage may vary.)

There's also a card game called Jaipur (I guess it's technically a board game?). It's not one of the classics like chess, backgammon and so on, but I really enjoy it. It's a nice blend of luck and skill.

There are lots of board games without an element of luck. Checkers, Draughts, Go, Shogi, Hex, Pente, Gomoku, Connect Four, Halma, Sprouts, Dots-and-Boxes, Ataxx are all well known games without an element of luck.

@Abigail-III Cool. Haven't heard of most of some of those, and most that I have heard of I dont have.

I actually like to paint and draw - but I am not sure, if this can be considered an indoor game...

Football with neighbors, "Taboo", OTB chess with my sister (rarely because she doesn't want to).

Polo and uno.

If you play mobile game inside house or building, can it consider indoor game...
