Morphy is the guy for me, majority of his games feature pure tactical brutallity.

we all have favoriets but lets just say they are all good

It can be Carlsen if he keeps rocking on, the guy can be world champion for a few decades ..

If not, it has to be Fischer or Kasparov.
Capablanca was incredible too.

But, to me, a player like Morphy didn't face opponents strong enough to be considered as the best ever.
