Creating a study.

If someone can help me setup a study and show me how to use some of the features or show me where I can look it up it would be greatly appreciated.

I had what I consider to be an amazing endgame in a way...I offered a draw twice my opponent in a 10 0 rapid game declined both times. I might have been losing the second time I offered. I thought it was a draw but stockfish thought otherwise. A move that looked bad in a pawn endgame was the winning move and my opponent missed it. The game went to seconds left..and I got a stalemate but my opponent made his last move literally with less than a second left.

Any help would be appreciated.
