Are they only for games played on a certain computer?
I recently got a new computer, played one game on that computer, and went to my Chess Insights. I found only one game, and that was the one I just played on my new computer.
Anyone know why?
I have the same problem, except I'm not in a new computer.
Looks like Chess Insights has been totally reinitialised.
Well people wanted insights that were more up to date and not global. The reset is a solution. My history is gone and now in the next few weeks I will have a new list of insights.
It might be a good idea to reset them ever season (3 months).
A profile of max and weakest stats could be kept as a reference.
Or got a option to see by period, not to reset the insights.
@Toscani - data is data. people should be able to analyse data as needed.
The current approach to data works fine - it's just that history has been lost.
Not sure what you perceive as "reset" ?
I used the word reset because I read on the preceding post : reinitialised.
Maybe the historical data got lost or it was temporarily removed to better the system. I wouldn't know... Do you know why it's gone?
My last post was only an opinion, based on what I may have understood from other posts.
The way I see things, an idea brings forth another from someone else and finally gets polished by another. When the global picture is clear, someone moves forward to implement the idea.
