Lichess Rating against Elo

How big is the difference between Lichess Rating and Elo (real life Rating)
Approximately as big as the difference between apples and oranges.
Explanation:

Lichess Glicko and FIDE Elo use slightly different methods to calculate ratings.

But even if they did use the same, they would still be incomparable, because those ratings are defined relative to a pool of players. However,"Lichess players" and "FIDE rated players" definitely are different pools, with only some overlap.
(for the same reason, you cannot transform Lichess Blitz rating to Lichess Classical rating, too - different player pools)
I don't understand. They say stockfish 12 is 3500 elo or something. While I easily beat stockfish 5 which is 2000 and maia which is 1900. But I lost to 1400 rated player in faster games. Though in classical they don't stand a chance.
I can best upto 1600 rated players.
Still the gap is huge between lichess and fide.

This way stockfish 12 seems like 3000 elo at max.
There may be a big difference.
Your ELO rating may be from last year and your lichess rating may be from last (late) night.
Also on ratings.fide.com/
you have a std, rapid and blitz rating.
Some people have a bad hardware for playing bullet games.
How many over the board games do you play and how many on lichess?
At which time do you play on lichess? Is America or Europe or Asia sleeping at that time?
I think for my Fide ELO I have played too less games until now.
Also no tournaments during CORONA ... FIDE ELO is too old.
Final answer to this:

Ask player his/her lichess rating.
Ask player his/her FIDE ELO rating.
Subtract them.
Done.
