I see nobody gives a clear answer except for @playerx3 he is right. I'd say in most cases the difference is about 300-400 Elo more on lichess. There are also masters who have a lower lichess rating than Elo, because they are not used to playing online, but that is rather an exception.

In my opinion more like 200-300.
if someone is asking to guess their ELO, important question is how familiar are they with long time constrols
(e.g. first 40 moves in 100 minutes, next 20 moves in 50 minutes, remaining moves in 15 minutes).

I once checked the lichess leaderboard and compared their lichess ratings to their known FIDE ratings in classical, rapid, and blitz.
Outcome:
lichess blitz = FIDE blitz
lichess rapid = FIDE rapid + 100
lichess classical = FIDE classical + 200

My guess in classical would be at least 250 points once both ratings are stable based on a guesstimate of 100 point diff with USCF ratings and the old CCA correction of USCF vs FIDE ratings of 150. That's consistent with tpr, x3 and others above. It must vary with player level and age. The OTB rating of an obsessed 12 year old with a chess coach devouring books will lag far behind their true play.

Well, I see heaps of people whose rating is 1800 FIDE(same as mine), yet they are 2300 in Blitz. Think it is decided with that some people are naturally better playing online(and faster).
