Losing is good. That's how you learn.
Howard Marks once wrote, 'Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted'...
The wisdom in that quote has served me well while investing in the stock market and it has served me equally as well in my years of playing chess...
In other words, try to learn from your losses and for God's sake learn to lose with class and be gracious in defeat, it's not the end of the world...part of life is losing as much as it is the winning...

When I lose, I throw my computer to the ground, smash my keyboard. and break my mouse. jk I calm myself down and move on the next game.

I just get angry - first I blame my opponent - then I blame myself and then I ask myself how could I have avoided this loss. For the Record: The blaming takes place inside my head and not in the chat or somewhere else.
I always tilt when I fail miserably ...
