@lakinwecker cheers to that 🍺 let's have a corona!
to panic or not to panic, that’s the question
The person who wrote: "We would have approached Nigel Short in person for comment, but we were unable to find him in Yekaterinburg." made a great job.
I guess one good thing about this whole corona virus pandemic thing is that we now have some clue as to what could really happen if chemical weapons are used in a world war. The world is so interconnected these days both offline and online where dangerous viruses are lurking to cause damage.
Btw, I believe that kids are somehow unlikely to contract the virus, but is FIDE still considering going ahead with the Rapid & Blitz World Chess Championships for cadet and youth this coming April in Greece?

FIDE is being historically irresponsible
I wonder what would have happened if instead of only Radjabov all the Candidates would have talked to each other and protested together or even refuse to play.
@Lordananas That would have worked better, I think. Or MC can weigh in on the controversy and perhaps even refuse to defend the title to really make safety a priority by action.
Virus schmirus. Get a fookin' grip.
@rfw You'll find a lot of the contenders don't care. They rather risk the coronavirus than the one in a lifetime shot to play for the WC title
@breaker90 sad, but true in some cases
