Is 'CALL DRAW' button really used by Lichess users?

If I'm losing I will call a draw...
except when I'm tilted

I used it once, lost rating points, never again .

I do it when I am complete losing, but mainly I just call win

I have lost so many points due to my disconnection, I think its fair that I gain at least some back due to my opponent's disconnection.

Yes if I think the position is drawich or losing
