@SamuelCaplan I see that to be true for any politition in general. I am an independent and hate everybody equally.

I judge individuals rather than parties. I am a law abiding citizen and respect the authorities for their service. The local law enforcement where I live are very friendly. But when I watch Somthing like this in the news: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=56_zQ8a4IUc
I can't help but want to slam him around like rag doll a few times and see how he likes it. What I deem corruption is that he gets paid leave while they investigate. What the fuck is there to investigate that is a child for god sake. I may be a bit bias here everyone deserves a fair trial but there is an awful lot of official crime that go's unpunished in the US and anywhere else in the world. Individual actions are pretty much as far as I choose to see in politics.
I'm not sure what that has to do with the topic, Kanaan.
I also find it amusing that Trump somehow earned a degree in economics without seeming to have the slightest idea how it works even on a micro level. But I guess rich kids buying degrees is not exactly unheard of.
As for predicting a crash in his first term, I may have misspoken by saying that I thought the Don would be the main cause of it. Presidents, even with control of both houses, don't have that much control of the business cycle and it and the US and world economy has simply been much more resilient than most of us thought it was after the 09 collapse. Whether Trump has contributed to it or attempted unsuccessfully to disrupt it is a matter of debate, but the fact remains that it looks strong enough to likely earn him four more years.
I find it amusing that the Trump supporters here assume that those of us who don't like him are Democrats. This is a chess community and many of us are deeper thinkers than what we often see in the current Republican 'us vs. them' mentality. It's also an international community and many of the observers are far enough removed from the US that they don't view everything through partisan glasses, they just see a buffoon on the world stage who tweets whatever nonsense is on his mind and gets most of his talking points from media pundits instead of bona fide experts.
If you view the earth as a chessboard, as Zbigniew Brzezinski did in his famous book, it doesn't take long to observe that this administration has made blunder after blunder, losing material and position to its strategic adversaries. This, of course, is the reason that those strategic adversaries intervened in the election on Trump's behalf in the first place. Syria and Ukraine are the most often-cited examples, but the loss of prestige in places like Indochina, Latin America and Eastern Europe might be even more costly.

@solacriptura Trump doesn't need anybody's help to tarnish his figure. He has lived tarnished all his life, he is like cheap pewter that once and a while a poor woman polishes only to find out that it is not worth it...

Trump could never live up to the false and bias standard the Communist Left better known as the DNC tries to hold him accountable. The reason he got elected and is loved because he doesn't try to or even give credit to any of the BS that the MSM tries to pin on him. The more "tarnished" his figure is by the Left, the better his base likes it.

Haha my friend, I guess this is why Trump is a billionaire, and millions of Americans are self made millionaires and hundreds are billionaires, and you are not. Your idea isn’t very good. You need a really catchy good idea to sell stuff. Maybe a Trumpy bear! Or you can market to Liberals and create a hug animal Democrats can hug when Trump or some Republican wins some election. You know, something for the Liberals’ “safe spaces” !
Or you can write a book and sell it on Amazon! “How to defeat Conservatives and Libertarians in an online debate” Chapter 1: Watch CNN and read NYTimes. Chapter 2: make sure to call Republicans “rednecks” Chapter 3: Accuse Trump of wrong doing without presenting any evidence etc. Liberals would buy this!
#338: Actually, that book idea isn't half bad. A "How to defeat Liberals and Green Party Members" sequel would practically write itself, and I am sure that both would sell quite well in this politically divided nation. I would be willing to help author the "...defeat Liberals..." one, if anyone (preferably liberal, so they can be in charge of writing the "...defeat Conservatives..." one) wants to engage in a joint venture.
EDIT: This isn't parody. I legit see profit opportunities from @Kusokosla's idea.

Haha, great idea! You are on to something here. I can lay down some rules for internet arguing as used by people all the time on both sides, we have ALL done this:
How to win internet arguments:
1- Post your informed or often misinformed opinion that you heard from a source that appeals to you for personal reasons such as from TV, or from college professor, or from parents or friends.
2- When someone else posts a different opinion, tell them they don’t know anything and are only posting what they googled, counter their argument with stuff you googled yourself.
3- When they counter you with more stuff they googled, counter their stuff with more stuff you google again. Keep googling facts and cherry pick them to suit your agenda. When you post stuff you googled it makes it look like you knew this stuff earlier.
4- Make sure you use auto grammar check on your computer, since writing correctly makes you look smart, thou without computer auto correct you would come off as an absolute moron who can’t write anything properly.
5- If your debate opponent doesn’t use auto-correct, accuse him or her of being illiterate and unable to write and spell properly.
6- Ask your opponent for proof of his claims. When your opponent presents proof with some research or a quote from an expert, counter that by saying your debate opponent is appealing to authority, which is a classic fallacy. But then counter them yourself with a quote or research that backs up your side of the argument.
Remember this simple formula: when you present research or quote by an expert it’s evidence. When your opponent does it, it’s appeal to authority, and is thus wrong.
7- Discredit your opponent and launch personal attacks, but when your opponent does it to you accuse him of personal attacks.
Those are some good starting rules ^^^
Liberals will have more rules, such as:
Once upon a time, the USofA was the land of opportunities, freedom, truth, and justice prevailed.
Then greed and materialism thirst took over.
What mattered was to be successful, to have a house with a double garage and two divorces, a big plasma TV.
Egoism took over, people started sacrificing happiness in their pursuit of success.
What mattered was to have a big bank account, not a happy marriage or mentally stable children.
Trump represents that new way of thinking, @Kusokosla is the perfect example of it. "My business is doing good, therefore Trump is god.
Trump represents the worst of the USA people, not everybody is materialism thirsty, but a lot of them are, people that live in a fragile equilibrium, with Trump at the helm, he makes them go crazy, they are not his base, but they join it in that temporary madness.
You said it, "the more tarnished that Trump is, the more he crawls in the gutter, the more his base likes him, the more they behave like him.
Fortunately, there is hypocrisy, and the rule of law is supposed to prevail. You can break the law as long as they don't catch you, as long as you are discreet about it. Trump flaunts his venom in public: "I could shoot someone and nobody would care", he is right, his base loves it and they would let him get away with it.
The democrats impeached him and the rule of law will kick him out.
Good vs evil
Or not...
