I just played bullet for so much I didn't realise my skills were dying. I've been playing for 3 yearsand for the last 2 years, I'm still in the same rating but my skills are getting worse. Pls help.

I play quick 5+5 because I like them and I want to improve a lot in them but I can't, even though I have many interesting studies here in lichess.
