Thanks, but can I just clarify that this means 19:00 UTC? That is, 21:00 CEST and not CET?

Good question.
@Simba7 in our chat maybe i incorrectly wrote 20:00 UTC when converted the time you suggested. 19:00 UTC makes more sense indeed if currently CEST is the active timezone in Netherlands
