The point is that we are playing in a timed tournament you know you have a hopeless position it's time to resign.

This player offended me because they actually thought that I would blunder this winning position.

I got agitated thinking that I could blow this game I don't need that and especially in a timed tournament.

Just resign and get back to the tournament there was no need to drag this game on.

Do you actually think Magnus Carlsen would blow this game?

In fact Magnus would beat me most likely if he took the losing position that's for sure.

But this player is no Magnus Carlsen that's for sure and there was no way I was about to lose this game.

Uhh, I think you are a very bad influence.

Guys, don't resign. I have won a stunning number of games because I didn't resign. Especially on online chess where they can misclick. I've know grandmasters who have misclicked, it isn't exactly fair but...

Unless he was taking like a minute for each move, than it's completely acceptable.

He still had a couple of passers. Why should he resign?

He had a chance too, it wasn't like it was hopeless for him
